Installing & Managing Zoom
Follow these simple steps to link your Zoom account and start conducting virtual classes seamlessly.
Access Integration
Login to your Digital Nepal portal and navigate to the 'Integrations' or 'Online Class' section in the sidebar menu.
Initiate Connect
Find the Zoom card and click the 'Connect' button. This will securely redirect you to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Authorize App
Review the requested permissions in the Zoom window and click 'Allow' to link your school's account with Digital Nepal.
Manage Accounts
Once connected, your account status will show as 'Active'. You can manage multiple accounts or disconnect from the same dashboard.
Schedule Classes
When creating a routine or online class entry, select 'Zoom' as the provider to automatically generate meeting links.
Start & Join
Teachers can start meetings with a single click from their dashboard, while students see a join button in their portal.
How to Uninstall
To remove the integration, simply click 'Disconnect' in your portal's Zoom settings, or go to **Zoom App Marketplace > Added Apps** and remove 'Digital Nepal'.
